1. How much do you charge for a web design / web programming work?
The fees vary from one project to the other. It is therefore best to consult with us through the telephone or schedule a meeting in order to properly calculate the cost and time requirements.
 
2. I already have a hosting service from another provider. Can I still avail of your web design/development services?
Yes you can. However, once we start working on the project we should be able to access the files in your web hosting space.

1. What is "monthly transfer"?
Monthly transfer, disk transfer, or data transfer is the amount of data, or traffic, that goes in and out of your account. The traffic is based on the amount of data that goes in and out of your web site, your e-mail, FTP, etc. This is known to our support people as Summary Disk Transfer.
 
2. Can I increase resources such as "monthly transfer" on the fly?
Yes you can. You do these adjustments via the HSphere Control Panel. The link to the control panel is included in the welcome e-mail that you received when you signed up. All of our web hosting plans are very flexible in the sense that you can add features or capacities to it at any point in time. Just be aware that most of these adjustments may cost extra. There may be instances as well that it may be more beneficial for you to upgrade to a new web hosting plan rather than adding on features. Please see our web hosting section for details about each plan.
 
3. How do I pay for my monthly web hosting service?
You must log in to your HSphere Control Panel. The address to your control panel was included in the welcome e-mail that you received when you signed up for a web hosting plan. If you lost this e-mail, please contact our support team using contact form.
 
4. Can I pay by check for my monthly web hosting service?
Yes you can. But you have to obtain your balance through the HSphere Control Panel. If you cannot access this, contact us and include your username and e-mail address so we can send you the balance information. Otherwise, have the check payable to CodeBrown Solutions, and send it to P.O. Box 770098, Woodside, NY 11377-0098 USA. Since the mail may take a while for it to get to us, please use the contact form in this web site to let us know that you mailed in your payment.
 
5. What is "credit limit" or "credits"?
Credits allow you to perform feature upgrades in your web hosting service *before* the next billing. For instance, a credit will allow you to purchase a dedicated IP address in the Windows Basic hosting plan in the middle of a billing period (say, 10 days before the next bill is due). So without credits, you will not be able to make changes to the features of your hosting service during a billing period. Credits may also be awarded to your account due to early payment, for example.
